All items are carefully packed and prepared to ship out within 1-2 days. Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

We currently ship to the United States and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.

Standard Overnight Shipping - only available for our Strip House 24-Layer Cake as this item is perishable.

Express Shipping - only available for orders in the Contiguous US (excludes AK, HI, International orders).

Yes, as long as your order has not been picked up by the
shipping courier. However, once your order is picked up by the shipping
courier, we are unable to make any address changes. It is important to check
your address carefully and review your order confirmation once your order has
been placed. Landry's Inc. reserves the right to make corrections to invalid
addresses and will not honor reimbursements if an address error is made.

Orders shipped internationally aren’t eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees* will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. If a package is marked undeliverable due to customer refusal, wrong shipping address, etc. causing the merchandise to be returned back to our warehouse; Landry’s Inc. reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling fees from your refund. *S&H fees vary by country.

To initiate a return/exchange, please email or call us at (713) 386-7189 to request a return shipping label. In order to complete this request, you will need to provide the order number, quantity, and items wanting to return or exchange.

**Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted for items purchased at Landry's physical locations. Those items might only be returned to the same location from which it was purchased.

***Upon receipt of returned goods, Landry’s Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Landry’s Inc. also reserves the right to withhold reimbursement of shipping fees on allreturnsto cover the expense of the return shipping label. For exchanges, an additional shipping fee will be charged and payment is required prior to shipping the exchanged item.

Our guest service team will process your refund or exchange within approximately 10 days of receiving your return. Once your return has been processed, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post a refund transaction to your account.

Food products, made to order products, all health and beauty items, and International Orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.


All promotional codes (digital or printed) will be activated after:

1) All items stated in the promotion are added to the cart in the correct quantities and combinations. Refer to the text on the promotion.

Yes, you can earn 1 point for every $1 spent. After your account balance has reached 250 points, you will receive a $25 reward. Points will be credited to your account based on all pre-tax purchases, excluding shipping and promotional discounts, and will post to your account within seven business days from the date of purchase. Yes, as a loyal Landry's Select Member, you can earn double and triple points on designated days where specifies it.
Double or triple points apply to total purchases, excluding sales tax and shipping costs. Offer valid for only one day unless stated otherwise in prior communication. Accrued points will post to your account within seven business days from the date of purchase.

LSC members can redeem a $25 reward on pre-selected items prior to the 15th of the month with Landry's Retail on selected dates. Birthday Rewards Offer redemptions are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. $25 amount will be applied to a total purchase, excluding sale taxes and shipping fees. Accrued points will be posted to your account within seven business days from the date of purchase.
