RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange Window:
Purchases made on shop.landrysinc.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
Shipping & Exchange Fees:
For returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (this does not include the original shipping fee).
For exchanges, an $8 exchange fee will be charged before the replacement item is shipped.
Please Note:
Shipping costs, shipping protection fees, and redeemed rewards are non-refundable.
All sale items and international orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items must have all original tags, price stickers, and any branded packaging still attached and intact.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes: Food products, made-to-order/custom items/health & beauty products.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOUR START YOUR RETURN
- Processing Time: Our guest service team will process your refund or exchange within approximately 7-10 days of receiving your return. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Return Instructions: You are responsible for packing your items, printing the return label, and returning the items to the carrier.
- Return Label Validity: The return label is valid for 5 business days from the time it is issued.
- Inspection: Before issuing a refund, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our requirements.
- Bank Processing Time: Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Email shop.landrysinc.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect.
- Lost or Stolen Shipments: Must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement. Email shop.landrysinc.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Return Policy Compliance: Landry’s Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
- Shipping Fees: Landry’s Inc. reserves the right to withhold reimbursement of shipping fees on all returns to cover the expense of the return shipping label. For exchanges, an additional shipping fee will be charged and payment is required prior to shipping the exchanged item.
