Purchases made on shop.landrysinc.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. The shipping rate will be deducted from the refund amount. *Shipping costs, shipping protection and redeemed rewards are non-refundable. All sale items and international orders are final sale and do not qualify for returns. Depending on the situation, some sale items can qualify for an even exchange. The return shipping rate will be deducted from the refund amount.

Eligibility requirements for returns & exchanges:
- Unworn or unused merchandise in original condition
- Price tags/stickers and original misc. tags/stickers attached
- Food products, made to order custom products, and all health and beauty items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Our guest service team will process your refund or exchange within approximately 7-10 days of receiving your return. Once your return has been approved, an email confirmation will be sent to you. If your product does not meet our return requirements, a $16 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post a refund transaction to your account.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to shop.landrysinc.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we are happy to help.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Landry’s Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Landry’s Inc. also reserves the right to withhold reimbursement of shipping fees on all returns to cover the expense of the return shipping label. For exchanges, an additional shipping fee will be charged and payment is required prior to shipping the exchanged item.
